Food was excellent but my friend who is a vegetarian did not get much help so ended up with the omelette. Ordering the food was interesting having to ask details of some of the meals was told by a young lady who had very, very limited English and then had to get some else to explain. At this stage if my husband and I had been on our own we would have walked out, it had taken us 30 minutes by car to get there. We could see 5 tables for four people free. When a young lady came to see us the man again made gestures for us to stay seated as no tables available. Met at door by a tall miserable looking gentleman and before we could say what we wanted the telephone rung and he took the call and with his hand movements was telling us to seat in the waiting area for customers waiting for their takeaways, already 2 people waiting both the 2 young people gave up their seat as we are 4 pensioners aged from 68 to 84 one gentleman having the aid of a stick. On arrival only 3 tables being used by 7 people. As we walked into restaurant at 7pm had not made a reservation needing a table for 4. We were visiting friends and were their guests. Never in all my life have i been as furious leaving a restaurant, an absolute disgrace! Who ever owns this restaurant should be ashamed of themselves for being so disrespectful towards families!!!! Of course i did tell the Chinese fella off whilst leaving. that they can just eat what we are having! As if my one year old and six year old will eat curry or satay?!!!!! So we had to leave hungry! Absolutely furious. She came back and told us that the kitchen would not make us anything for the children as they were too busy. I pleasantly explained we had a long day and our boys were hungry could i order theirs first. Relieved they did.BUT After a few minutes of being sat down, i asked the waitress was there any kids meal, in which she replied no! Completely shocked i asked was it possible to have even chicken balls and sausages, she said yeah we can do that for you. After finishing Christmas shopping and desperate for a restaurant which was not booked up on a Saturday evening in Belfast we found this chinese, but before i tropped the whole family out of the car, i ran in first to make sure they had room for two adults & 2 kids. WE PAID OUR BILL MINUS THE SERVICE CHARGE AND LEFT DISGUSTED. I WOULD NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN AND STRONGLY ADIVES NO ONE TO GO. He then told us we were horrible people an how did we think the food got to out table. We asked to speak to a manager as we didn't have any service Then we were presented with a bill for 316 pounds a 28 pound service charge had been add ed. We had to go and find them so we could pay our bill. Then they cleared the table and gor an other hour not one person came to ask us for a drink. We asked for a Samsung lead which they had, we then used our own phones and Internet to have the karaoke. We then asked for a lead to connect the iPhone to be told that was broken too. We were not happy but were here now and don't want to spoil the night. Then we asked about the karaoke to be told it was broken. When arived the place was empty but we were shown to the karaoke room. The spend was over 250 which there was 8 of us so no problem. We booked our Hen party for the karaoke at this restaurant.
